After School Programs

Our creative, fun-filled learning activities, together with our experienced, professional and caring teachers, provide the ideal environment for your child. Our campus is modern, cheery and colorful both inside the spacious self-contained classrooms and outside on our age-appropriate playgrounds.

In order for our programs to be completely successful, we emphasize parent participation and communication. Parents are welcome to visit Country Day of Jupiter for a "peek in visit" or to take part in the many exciting activities we plan throughout the school year.

Our Toddler Program is aimed at providing a warm, loving and safe environment filled with learning activities that enhance the development of your child. We provide opportunities for the children to explore, experiment and improve their self-help skills. Sensory games, picture games, songs, nursery rhymes and puppet plays are a few examples of the activities planned.

Our Two-Year-Old Programs encourage language development and exposes the children to basic concepts and skills. The daily schedule includes age-appropriate lesson plans, art projects, development of fine/gross motor skills, music and movement exercises and organized inside/outside activities.

After Schoolers

Our Three-Year-Old Programs are designed to encourage the children to explore a variety of basic concepts and skills. The children will learn names, sounds and pictures of all the letters of the alphabet. They will learn how to count to 50 and recognize numbers 1-15. The curriculum includes shape and color recognition, opposites and positional concepts. Fun-filled, colorful enrichment sheets are used to reinforce discoveries the children make and help them share the new knowledge with their parents. Poems, nursery rhymes, stories and fingerplays are integrated to make the learning process more meaningful and a fun experience for the children. In addition, the "3's" will enjoy field trips to various locations in Jupiter.

The children in our Pre-Kindergarten Programs will study phonics, math concepts, letter/number recognition and science exploration to name a few. Concepts and skills are integrated to make the learning process more meaningful for the children. Arts and crafts, music and movement, educational computer games and physical education are also an important part of the program. They enjoy monthly field trips and special visitors that coincide with the monthly themes being discussed.

When the "After-Schoolers" arrive from the local elementary schools every afternoon, they can participate in the many fun-filled activities we plan including athletic games, arts and crafts projects, music and movement exercises and much more! Computers are accessible for educational use and recreational fun. Quiet areas are also available if homework needs to be done.
